Anthony's Pier 4 is a legendary Boston establishment, with renowned fresh seafood, delectable prime steaks, and succulent Maine lobsters. The restaurant, founded 45 years ago and famous worldwide, is the flagship in the Anthony's Pier 4 family of restaurants.
Anthony's Pier 4 was in need of a new, attractive covering for their outdoor seating area, to protect patrons from sun and rain, allowing the restaurant to leverage their outdoor seating even when weather conditions were not ideal.
The Solution
Restaurant management worked with atlantic awning to create an eye-catching yet practical awning to cover the outdoor seating area. The project required special attention from atlantic awning since the seating area and awning directly bordered the ocean, limiting accessibility and working space for the installation crew.

Due to the waterfront location and size of the awning needed to cover an entire seating area, atlantic awning created computer generated renderings to portray how the awning would look, but also to help determine a project plan. The renderings aided the atlantic awning team in determining how to fabricate the awning, and how to install the awning one section at a time. Installation required atlantic awning's top experts, since the dining area and awning bordered the waterfront. atlantic awning now maintains the awning by removing it and reinstalling it for Anthony's Pier 4 seasonally.
